Bio

Travis Griffith is a seasoned real estate executive and the visionary founder of AREY Group, where he serves as President & CEO. With a deep passion for creating positive generational impact for the communities, stakeholders and people AREY serves, Travis is committed to delivering customized solutions that enhance quality of life. 

Drawing on his extensive experience in commercial real estate, timberland, oil and gas, and private equity, Travis brings a unique perspective. His entrepreneurial spirit and a keen eye for risk and opportunity has enabled him to build AREY Group into a thriving real estate platform. 

Prior to founding AREY Group, Travis honed his skills within his family’s business, where he managed and oversaw their large-scale real estate investment holding company. This company bought, capitalized and sold over 1 million acres of land during the decade he worked there. His leadership was instrumental in revitalizing the commercial real estate division, increasing its equity value from $8 million to over $80 million over an eight-year period. Additionally, he led investment and partnerships in the development of over $300M in real estate in Middle Georgia. 

Travis is a dedicated husband and father of two girls and enjoys spending time outdoors, fly fishing, turkey hunting, upland bird hunting, exploring new places, and traveling with his family. He loves cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Falcons, always rooting for a home-state win.
