Susan Bloodworth

Bio

Susan is the Leasing Director at AREY Group.  In this role, she is responsible for leasing AREY's commercial retail and restaurant spaces within its development projects, focusing on attracting a diverse mix of tenants to enhance the value and appeal of AREY communities. 

Susan has worked in real estate for over 18 years (12 of those years with Travis). Her experience began with a large timber company where she was quickly promoted to Community Manager. Later, Susan worked as a Leasing Manager, where her focus was solely on commercial deals. Susan has a proven track record and was the lead point of contact responsible for a portfolio of over 425,000 sf of office, retail, and restaurant space, plus outparcels, where she handled deals from start to finish and formed long term relationships with tenants, brokers and vendors. She is driven to excel and gives 100% to every task and project. 

Recently, Susan has begun focusing on new Business Development to further her knowledge in real estate and add additional value to the organization as it grows and evolves.  She is driven by accomplishments with integrity at the core of everything she does.   

Susan is also a wife, mother, and “Gigi” to four and has a Labrador (Tucker). She lives on 50+ acres surrounded by the national forest where she loves seeing the wildlife and enjoys the peacefulness of nature. In her free time, you can find her making lasting memories with her grandkids. She recently formed a partnership with a couple of close friends due to their mutual love for antiques, where they love finding and selling unique pieces and learning the stories and history behind them.
