Mike joined AREY Group in 2021 as the Director of Information Technology, bringing over 25 years of experience in Corporate Network Management, Security, Hardware/Software Implementations, and Project Management. Mike attended Georgia College & State University earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer Information Systems degree then secured MCSE and CCNA certifications from Microsoft and Cisco. Mike is passionate about leveraging Proptech integrations on multi-family properties to create a competitive advantage and set higher standards for the Resident Experience in the markets we operate in.
As the Director of IT, Mike combines technical expertise with strategic vision to enhance the company's operations. His deep understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and emerging technologies enables him to design and implement robust Proptech solutions with PMS integrations that align with organizational objectives in new Construction Developments and Value-Added projects across the portfolio.
Mike finds his True North in life through his faith in God and has happily served in several ministry areas at Northway Church. He is also devoted to his family, including his wife Kristi of 23 years, who loves him even when he works late, and his children Aly and Jack, who are his joy and treasured gifts from God.
