Bio
Kristin joined AREY Group in 2023, serving as the Director of Marketing, bringing over 15 years of marketing, sales, and branding experience from the multifamily industry. She embraces innovation and collaboration to challenge the status quo.
Known for her creativity and dedication to fostering a sense of community, Kristin has successfully curated vibrant cultures and executed impactful marketing campaigns throughout her career. Previously, when working at a 3rd party management company, she oversaw marketing for as many as 70 communities in her portfolio comprised of Class-A/B conventional, lease-ups & value-add acquisitions across the Southeast.
Kristin is a proud Tarheel and graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill, where she was a member of the varsity women's swim team, clinching the conference title during her time there. Outside of work, she enjoys attending country concerts, exploring Home Goods, and savoring craft cocktails at foodie-style restaurants.
Although she is a Carolina girl at heart, Kristin resides Macon, GA, with her husband and their two kids. While she and her husband are a house-divided during college basketball season—she’s a Tarheel, and he’s a Duke fan—they all share a love for the Carolina Panthers, for better or for worse.
