Jen Max

Bio

Jen serves as the Controller at AREY Group, joining the team in 2023. In this position, Jen brings over 13 years of accounting and finance experience in the multifamily industry to oversee financial operations and ensure accurate reporting for the company. 

Before joining AREY, Jen worked for a top national public accounting firm, where she provided accounting and auditing services to a variety of real estate clients, including low-income tax credit and HUD projects. Most recently, she led the accounting for the property management division of a large real estate developer/manager, where she was responsible for issuing financial statements, managing external tax and audit reporting, and coordinating property transitions. 

Jen is a proud Georgia DAWG, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Accountancy with a specialization in Audit. She is also a Certified Public Accountant. 

Jen currently resides in Alpharetta, GA, with her husband, Alex, and their two children, Hunter and Hailey. Outside of work, you can find Jen cheering on both kids at the soccer fields or watching any soccer game on tv with her soccer obsessed kids.
