Bio
Ashley serves as Director of HR at AREY Group, joining in 2023. She brings a wealth of experience in managing people and processes. In her role she is responsible for human resources, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and recruiting.
Prior to joining AREY, she dedicated over 25 years to a Fortune 500 insurance company, where she honed her expertise in people management and developed innovative ideas for optimizing HR functions. Currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Human Resources and SHRM – CP certification, with an anticipated graduation by the end of 2024, Ashley continues to expand her knowledge and skills in her role. Her professional background includes a strong track record in leadership roles, where she has excelled in enhancing team performance and streamlining people management processes.
Ashley is a wife to Chris, mother to 5 children and serves as Gamma to 6 grandsons. She enjoys traveling to Colorado and Washington to spend time with her family for any occasion. During slow summer days she takes to her backyard and relaxes in her pool, spending time with her local children and husband of 32 years. But some of her best times are spent traveling with Chris to Tennessee to watch her favorite football team, the Tennessee Volunteers. GBO!
