Bio
Ariel joined AREY Group in 2023, serving as the Director of Acquisitions, bringing over 10 years of experience in multifamily real estate investments and acquisitions. In this role, Ariel leverages his expertise to drive strategic growth and create value for the company.
Raised in Orlando, Florida, Ariel earned his B.S. in Finance from the University of Central Florida. He began his career in Real Estate Investments with JP Morgan before moving to San Francisco, where he worked with iStar on asset management and acquisitions, and later with Mitsui Fudosan, focusing on expanding their multifamily and industrial portfolios. After eight years on the West Coast, Ariel recently relocated back to Orlando to reconnect with his roots and take on new challenges.
Ariel is happily married to his wife, Jerica, and they have two daughters. He loves spending time outdoors being in the sun, enjoying activities like cycling, mountain biking, golf, and tennis. He’s also passionate about high-energy concerts, great wine, and unique culinary experiences.
Ariel's guiding principle is simple: "Get involved." He believes that embracing opportunities, stepping out of comfort zones, and being present lead to remarkable rewards.
